Stahl sees video as more “impactful.” A slideshow or virtual tour has it’s place, she says, but she wanted something that would be seamless and draw the audience in. Video also made it possible to incorporate aerial and interview footage, scenes of model homes and amenities, plus animated graphics.
In other words, video was the perfect match for her needs.
And who better to feature in the video than Schossow, who’s been with the community from its beginnings. He also fits the key demographic – a golfer and empty nester who enjoys an active lifestyle.

Stahl says they’ll be showcasing the video on their website, using it in email blasts and so on. The video also plays continually in the sales office to catch the interest of visitors.
The process of making the video went well, she says, and she’s pleased with the results. One thing she learned – it’s important to be as prepared as possible. That’s good advice.
