    $25 Travel Charge - Less than 10 miles outside highlighted area.
    $35 Travel Charge - 10 to 20 miles outside highlighted area.
    $50+ Travel Charge - More than 20 miles outside highlighted area.

    Photographers are REQUIRED to quote travel charges at the time of scheduling.
    INFORM clients that charges might change slightly after you actually drive to the property.

    ATTEMPT to offer either a shoot upgrade or grouping multiple shoots in the area of the property as suggestions for avoiding travel charges. Let clients know that grouping orders in an outlying area could extend the shoot completion turnaround time.
