Who can forget the 2007 Colorado Rockies and Todd Helton’s bottom of the 9th walk off home run to sweep the Los Angeles Dodgers. I watched that game and Helton’s home run that set in motion one of the most memorable winning streaks in Major League Baseball history. That win over the Dodgers was the beginning of a 21 game winning streak, the first (and only) National League pennant for the Colorado Rockies and their only appearance in the World Series.
Ok, so what does this have to do with real estate photography and Mediamax? Well, our crew has had the opportunity to photograph quite a few sport celebrity homes over the past 13 years, but when I got a call one afternoon from our client and investment adviser Mike Brady I was especially happy to learn he was trusting Mediamax to photograph a very high profile listing; it was Todd Helton’s Brighton home. Mike let me know he needed one of our best shooters for this high profile listing and he wasn’t shy about making the investment needed to show off Helton’s unique home.
We assigned one of our most experience and trusted photographers, John Koliopoulos, to the job and the results were nothing short of spectacular. John captured 35 premium HD stills, twilights and aerials that are sure to catch the attention of a special buyer.
The listing (and Mediamax tour) is getting alot of traffic and publicity in the Denver Post, on Realtor.com and Channel 7 News but as of today Todd Helton’s home, priced at $2,295,000, is waiting for a special buyer and I’m sure Mike Brady would love to set up a private showing with any qualified buyers!
