How Dawne Collier Made the Fast Sale with HDR Photos | Mediamax Photography | Photography, Video and Virtual Tours for Real Estate and Business

Dawne Collier, broker associate with Coldwell Banker Devonshire in Fort Collins, scheduled Mediamax Senior Photographer Phil Ryman to shoot HDR photos for a Loveland listing on a Saturday afternoon. Phil turned them around quickly and she posted them online the same day. A buyer saw them online and scheduled a showing for a couple of days later. Collier had the property under contract by the end of that week.

Oh and did I mention she was really happy with the photos? She really likes the way Handcrafted HDR™ photography by Mediamax makes the colors pop.

I have another example of an agent who turned a quick sale with Mediamax photos.  For a comparison of HDR and standard photos click here.

As a Coldwell Banker associate, Collier has her choice of Mediamax and a leading competitor through Coldwell’s corporate program.

Collier says she’s ordered HDRs from that competitor in the past but “it was a nightmare to try to work with them.”

Nightmare as in 48 hours to respond to her order, appointments a week later, three days to get only selected photos once the shoot’s done.

But Collier says with Mediamax’s Phil Ryman, she gets an immediate response and all the photos she needs all at once.

“He’s there. He’s always early,” she says, and he works quickly. “He’s so professional.”

But in the case of that Loveland listing, quick turnaround was really only part of the story.

This listing was a rental and I’m sure you’ve had this experience. When she and Phil arrived for the shoot, the tenant wasn’t there. Collier got on the phone. The tenant could be there in an hour, so she asked Phil if he could reschedule.

“He was like, `Yeah, no problem’,” she says. “Just like it was nothing. I’m like, that would not happen with any other photographer.”

I couldn’t say it better. Isn’t it time you called Mediamax?
