New Partner, Denver Relocation Guide, Helps You Tap Hot Market | Mediamax Photography | Photography, Video and Virtual Tours for Real Estate and Business

I probably don’t have to tell you the Denver housing market is hot. CNN and Realtor.com put it in the top 10 markets in the country for 2015, forecasting double-digit growth.

Denver’s population also is growing.

“Right now Denver is getting about 270,000 newcomers annually,” says Jamie Froyd, associate publisher for ARG Publications’ Denver Relocation Guide, Mediamax’s newest preferred partner.

If that potential has you salivating, you’ll want to take a good look at ways Denver Relocation Guide can help you tap into what Froyd calls the “pre-mover” market, as opposed corporate relocations handled by an internal department, say. The Denver Relocation Guide talks directly to the consumer, she says.

Studies show “pre-movers” – consumers contemplating a move to another state – make 80% or more of their decisions before they arrive, Froyd says. Of course, that includes picking a real estate agent.

“Studies also show that if you are in front of them first, your chances of earning their business is very high.”

Denver Relocation Guide covers all the bases, says Froyd – a “top-rated” and “content rich” website, a downloadable “emagazine” available on Google Play, Amazon and iTunes, and a nearly 200-page printed guide that consumers can request online.

About 98% of those requests come from people out of state, Froyd says. Premium advertisers get the data these requests generate as leads.

The printed guide, published twice a year, also is distributed through the Denver Chamber of Commerce.

“We know print is still alive because people want a hard copy,” she says. People keep it, bring it with them when they move and continue to refer to it over time.

If advertising isn’t an option, Froyd suggests a basic listing in the resource directory. You could also provide clients link to the website, download the emagazine for them, or give them a hard copy. With information on everything from housing and neighborhoods, to health-care resources and education, to leisure and recreation, Denver Relocation Guide is a great way for you to say “welcome home” to your relocating clients.
