“One photographer is not enough.”
So says Pam Kiker, “rainmaker” for The Kiker Team at Keller Williams in Englewood, recalling her decision to switch to Mediamax years ago. She says they liked their photographer back when, but one photographer was not enough for a busy office handling 100-120 transactions a year, half of them listings.
Mediamax has grown over the years. We now have 19 experienced photographers ready to meet your needs.
Kiker says she likes our full package of services, as well, and the fact that we’ve continued to grow our offerings.
“Quicker turnaround” is also important, says Vicki Aycrigg, the team’s listing specialist.
But there’s a bottom-line reason why The Kiker Team calls on Mediamax for real estate photography.
“It’s very, very important that we have professional photography to represent the product,” Kiker says.
“If our online exposure does not adequately or in a superior way represent the product, people simply will not set a showing and that goes for both the realtor community and the public.”
Aycrigg says the team uses Mediamax photos offline as well – in listing presentations and in “print collateral” like brochures and fliers.
In the case of one listing that was challenging to present well, they liked being able to use the Obeo platform’s many marketing tools, including music.
Suzanne Frisch, property and team marketing specialist, says she doesn’t always use music, “but for that one, the mood of that house was really important.”
Plus, says Frisch, “it was really nice that we had so many good photos to work with … that we could really build a custom book about the house.”
Senior Photographer Nate Koerner is The Kiker Team’s favorite photographer, but as Aycrigg says, “there’s some depth to your talent pool.” She likes knowing they can count on us, no matter what.
