RE/MAX’s Angela Hacker: My Clients Were So Impressed | Mediamax Photography | Photography, Video and Virtual Tours for Real Estate and Business

Angela Hacker, broker associate at RE/MAX Professionals in Cherry Creek describes herself as “really hands on.” She works hard for her sellers.

“I care about the service they receive,” she says. And it shows in her approach to marketing their homes.

“Regardless of the market, I don’t cut corners. I spend the amount of money that it takes to properly capture the property and market it in its most favorable light.”

Not cutting corners means using professional photography and Mediamax is her top choice.

In this day and age with everybody being online it’s the photos that draw buyers to a property, she says. “Obviously, I think it’s crucial.”

How crucial? Well, take this recent example, a $1.2 million listing in Highlands Ranch where she “pulled out all the stops,” deploying HDR, Twilight and Aerial photography. It sold in three days with multiple offers.

“My clients were so impressed,” she says. They appreciated that she “put forth such a good representation of their property.”

You can bet efforts like that will pay her dividends in the future with glowing referrals and return business.

Although she’s worked with several Mediamax photographers, Hacker admits she has a favorite in Nate Koerner.

She likes his “keen eye,” the way he carefully assesses a property and offers advice. Like all Mediamax professionals, Koerner has a background in architectural photography and brings years of experience to the job.

When Koerner suggests HDR photographs, Hacker’s happy to listen. The Highlands Ranch listing “was the perfect property for it,” she says, because of its “amazing mountain views.” HDR was the perfect way to bring the outside in.

Of course, impressing your sellers isn’t just for show. As Hacker puts it, “It’s partly how I show my professionalism and how I choose to present myself.”

Present your sellers’ homes and yourself in the best possible light. Order professional photography by Mediamax today.
